We are a cloud platform provider of various tools to host, deploy and develop enterprise-grade applications, manage software systems and infrastructure. This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which funds may be refunded in connection with the use of the Services. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service (“Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.
1. INTERNAL BALANCEFunds paid are going to be credited to your internal account balance within our system (“Balance”). The Balance is a virtual accounting tool used solely inside our platform. It is not equivalent to a bank account, not electronic money, and does not represent a financial service. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, or used for payments or currency operations outside of our platform and our services.
Right to Request a Refund. A user may request a refund of funds credited to the internal balance (“Balance”) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date such funds were credited, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a binding court decision.
Scope and Amount of Refund. Refunds of Balance funds are processed only in full, either as the total amount credited or the remaining unused balance at the time of the request. All refunds are issued net of any applicable banking fees, payment processing fees, transfer costs, taxes, or similar charges incurred in both directions, unless otherwise required by law.
Method of Refund. Refunds are issued exclusively to the same payment method, account and/or payment source used for the original transaction, including but not limited to P2P transfers, IBAN, SWIFT, payment processors, acquirers, or similar methods, unless otherwise required by law or a binding court decision.
Verification, Data Availability, and Compliance. We reserve the right to request identity verification, payment source verification, and updated beneficiary details, including but not limited to government-issued identification, tax identification numbers, or confirmation of funds origin, where required by law or reasonably necessary for compliance purposes.
A refund may be refused or suspended where the information necessary to verify identity, payment origin, or refund destination cannot be lawfully disclosed, including but not limited to cases where such information is subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), state secrecy, confidentiality obligations, or similar legal restrictions.
Refunds may also be suspended or denied in the event of material inconsistencies, outdated information, or unresolved verification issues.
Fraud, Abuse, and Legal Violations. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmation of fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, abuse of the Services, use of the Services for unlawful activities, or any actual or suspected violation of the Terms of Service.
Used Balance. Funds that have been used to pay for Services are not refundable, except where such funds have been explicitly returned to the Balance as a result of service cancellation, revocation, or technical reversal.
Pre-Availability Refunds. You may request a refund for a purchased Service within fourteen (14) calendar days, provided that access to or availability of the Service has not yet been granted, including via control panel, email notification, API access, or any other means. Such cases may apply in cases of verified technical failures attributable to us.
No Refunds Based on Subjective Expectations. Refunds are not granted on the basis that, in your opinion or in opinion of any third party, the Service does not meet subjective quality and quantity expectations, including but not limited to technical characteristics, pricing, legal suitability, availability, performance, or usability.
Post-Availability Services. Once a Service has been made available to you, we are under no obligation to issue a refund, regardless of whether the Service was actually used, as resources required to provide the Service are deemed to have been allocated.
Service cancellation or revocation initiated via the control panel does not entitle the you to a refund.
Any refunds issued after service availability are provided solely at our discretion and do not constitute an admission of liability or an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.
Discretionary Refund Guidelines (Voluntary). Without creating any obligation or guarantee, we may consider a discretionary refund where all of the following conditions are met:
No Automatic Refund Mechanism. THE SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE AN AUTOMATIC REFUND MECHANISM. All refund-related matters are handled manually through direct communication with our specialists.

User Representations and Warranties. By submitting a refund request, you provide a legal representation and warranty that:
Any false representation may result in refusal of the refund and additional actions as permitted by law and the Terms.

Resolution of Disputes. All disputes, disagreements, or claims relating to refunds are resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service, which govern jurisdiction, applicable law, and dispute resolution procedures.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable laws of Ukraine, the European Union, or the United States. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory legal provisions, such provisions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Language Versions: These Refund Policy are provided in both English and Ukrainian. In the case of any conflict between the two versions, the English version will prevail for foreign customers, while the Ukrainian version will apply to local customers within Ukraine.
Amendments to These Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or amend these Policy at any time. In the case of changes to contact details such as address, email address, phone number, or website URL, we may update the Policy without requiring further consent from you, although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes. For any other significant changes to these Refund Policy, we will notify you of the revisions. You agree to continue using the Services only if you review and consent to the revised version of these Refund Policy.
